- The minimum education required is a bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university.
- 01 Year Of Call Center Handling Experience In A Bank.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving, time management & communication skills.
- Answering calls to handle customer inquiries and route calls to appropriate resources.
- Resolving customer complaints and follow-up with customers where necessary.
- Providing product and service information to the customers.
- Working in shifts as per call influx & bank requirements.
- Timely activation & blocking of cards, i-net, used & other services.
- Managing work time occupancy on a call/task including ACW, hold and break.
- A timely report of issues and concerns to the supervisor.
- In case the degree is obtained from a foreign university, an equivalency certificate from HEC is to be submitted by the candidates at the time of the interview to validate that they possess the required education.
- Market-based salary commensurate with experience and qualification will be offered to the right person.
