Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Graduation preferably in HR from HEC recognized University / Institution with at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.5.
  
• Candidates having a Master’s degree and/or HR certifications would be preferred.

Experience

• Up to 1 year of experience.
  
• Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Age Limit

• Maximum 27 years as on last date of submission of application.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Good communication / interpersonal skills.
  
• Effective team player.
  
• Service orientated.
  
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  
• Understanding of HR functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To aid and support HR activities like hiring and managing personnel, training and development, performance evaluation and rewards, pay and benefits, relationship management with employees, organizational effectiveness, HR governance, and HR legal compliance.
• To assist and work in tandem with business units to improve HR relations.
• To aid in carrying out all HR initiatives and projects.
• Must keep an eye on and update internal HR databases and systems to guarantee data accuracy.
• To assist in addressing any HR-related questions or requests from both inside and outside the company.
• Producing and preparing various HR-related reports as needed.
• To stay current with market developments and contemporary HR practices.
• To carry out any additional tasks as directed by your supervisors
