General Instructions

  1. General Age relaxation will be admissible as per prescribed rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
  2. The candidates already in Government Service may apply through the proper channel and produce NOC at the time of the interview.
  3. Age qualification & Experience will be counted from the last date of the advertisement.
  4. Applicants are advised to submit their application forms within 28 days (18-04-2022) from the issue of the advertisement.
  5. Application received after the due date will not be entertained.
  6. Only eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test after the complete scrutiny of application forms.
  7. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process
  8. The competent authority has the right to defer or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
  9. At any stage of processing, the recruitment increase/decrease in posts will be acceptable.
  10. Mobile phones, weapons, calculators or any other electronic devices will not be permissible in the test centres.
  11. Fees are not transferable or refundable.

How To Apply

  1. At the initial stage copies of educational documents are not required to be attached with the application form except a copy of CNIC and two white backgrounds passport size photographs.
  2. Form processing fee can be deposited in any HBL or MCB Bank online countrywide branches Duly filled application forms along with original deposit slip should reach within 28 days (18-04-2022) through any courier services registered post after the publication of the advertisement to Manager Operations, Elite Testing Services (ETS) Address Fortune Residency, Office 1405, Street No. 26, E-11/4, Islamabad for query or help dial 051-8482569-70.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates in the written / Physical test will be asked to submit their attested verified documents for further evaluation process on the basis of the ESTA Code for recruitment by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  4. Departmental Selection Committee constituted for the purpose shall call for interview of the shortlisted candidates according to the merit list prepared by ETS on the basis of ESTA code which will be available on the ETS website (http://elite.org.pk) and also affixed on the Notice Board of DFO Buner Forest Division at Daggar.
  5. The merit list will remain valid for 90 days from the issuance of the final merit list.
  6. The Selected candidates shall have to undergo one year of mandatory pre-service training as a stipendiary student at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School Thai Abbottabad and the posting order of the candidates shall be issued only after successful completion of the said Training.
