• MBBS or Equivalent | FCPS/MS/FRCS

General Instructions & How To Apply

• Two sets of attested photocopies of all the certificates including Matric, F.Sc & Annual result cards of all the professional examinations MBBS, documents/testimonials experience certificate) specially PMD/PMC experience certificate domicile two photographs/ CNC and valid registration from PMADC/PMC be submitted and must reach in the office of the undersigned within due date.
• If the candidate possesses any experience in the speciality a copy of the experience certificate issued by the competent authority should be attached with the application form
• If the candidate has any research publications to his/her credit, an attested copy of each of such publications should be attached with the application provided that the article has been published in a journal recognized by PM & DC/PMC
• The appointment is made subject to revocation at any time by the competent authority
• PMSDC/PMC registration valid on the dosing date for receipt of applications will be accepted. However, in case of expiry of PMSDC/PMC registration & CNC depositing receipt of NADRA for new OGC & PMDC/PMC for ng registration will be accepted up to the dosing date.
• Both Male & Female candidates can apply.
• The candidate must possess a domicile certificate of any district of the Province of Punjab and a copy of the same must be submitted with application
• Five years general age relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab SSGAD circular letter No SOR-/S&GAD 9-36/81 dated 21.05.2012 is applicable for male and eight years in case of female.
• Employees already serving should apply through proper channels (their respective department along with NOC otherwise application will not be accepted.
• Those who have been removed/ dismissed from Government Service can not apply.
• Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be considered and they will be rejected without any intimation.
• Ineligible candidates will not be interviewed.
• Al the candidates should bring their original certificates/ documents and research papers at the time of the interview.
