Applications are invited for GIZ Pakistan Jobs In Islamabad 2022 As a federal enterprise, the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. The Support to Social Protection – Social Health Protection (SP-SHP II) project is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) since 2016 in Pakistan. In its follow-on measure (2020 – 2023), the focus is on improving demand-side and supply-side conditions for the implementation of social protection programmes. The SP-SHP Il works closely with the federal and provincial Sehat Sahulat Programme (SSP) and provides technical assistance including strengthening the capacities of the stakeholders to manage the program better. In this context, GIZ is looking for professional for candidates to fill the following vacant positions based in Islamabad.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  
• University degree (minimum Bachelor) in health or social sciences, public administration, economics, or another related field from a recognized institution

Experience

• At least 10 years of professional experience with extensive experience in procurement and contract processing
  
• 1-2 years of experience in the development sector and/or research-related position and/or international or national non-governmental organization.
