Eligibility Criteria

Education

• ACCA qualified

Experience

• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience or similar

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ageing of trade Receivables and DSO and performing ageing analysis to be shared with the management for decision making in the credit committee meetings
• To ensure compliance with the global and local policies and SOPs on credit management
• Ensure Revenue Reporting is in line with the applicable accounting standards (IFRS 15)
• Calculation and review of Provisions of Bad Debts (IFRS 9)
• Prepare analysis on tender sales, review of tender documents, processing of security deposits and bank guarantees.
• Processing of security deposits and their timely recoveries
• Recording of payments in the system and invoice knocking
•  Monthly reconciliation and working of sales, sales returns, provisions for obsolete stocks etc.
• Manage and record Payments made to Government bodies for Sales Taxes, Custom Duties and other Clearing Agents’ related inquiries
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors as needed while ensuring readiness from an O2C Perspective
• Preparing the monthly Balance Sheet Schedules
