Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the team is coached to the highest standard and effectively work with the team to enhance their capacity to deliver GSO by utilising your in-depth knowledge of the GSK selling technique. Encourage the team to create specific ASMART goals, solid strategies with supplementary methods, and backup plans for unexpected events.
  2. Promote the value of regular two-way feedback and act upon it to improve performance and the general wellness of the team. Use cross-functional assistance to maintain execution success and measure KPIs with the team implementing course correction steps on a regular basis.
  3. Motivate and influence the team as a leader by being an expert in the condition, the therapy field, the market, and the competitors. Give the team the tools they need to interact with consumers in-depth to enlighten them about their treatment choices while articulating the advantages and safety profile.
  4. Conduct effective performance/coaching dialogues that enhance the coachee’s capability and promote their continued development at all performance levels. You should also continually enhance the team’s capability, which is what drives the creation of useful business and territory insights.
  5. Encourage the team to build a thorough mitigation strategy and discover the fundamental causes of the territory’s business performance analysis using SA data.
  6. Fully comprehend the necessity of selling in a multi-channel environment, inspire the team to seize opportunities for multi-channel selling based on insight, and put the team to the test by challenging them to comprehend customer preferences, use digital systems to track progress, and set multi-channel KPIs that they can review on a regular basis for business improvement.
  7. Make that the team’s actions are consistent with the GSK culture, policies, and SOPs.
  8. Leading the team to deliver exceptional performance and ensuring that all business activities are carried out according to plan.
  9. Conduct effective weekly sales meetings in accordance with the agenda by focusing on the performance gaps of each team member and addressing real issues.
  10. Keep the team’s working environment constructive, your teams working together effectively, and your inspiring culture.
  11. Update the check-ins throughout workdays on a quarterly basis and discuss monthly performance (internal & external).
  12. Continuously oversee the performance of a high-performing staff.
  13. For efficient business execution, maintain close contact with key stakeholders (CTC, SFE, SE, BI, medical, and marketing).

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • B.Sc, B. Pharm / BBA / MBA

Experience

  • 5 years First Line Sales Manager experience in pharmaceutical sales
