Job Purpose

The Site GPS change agent/practitioner role exists to deploy and embed the GPS into a site to deliver the business strategy & improve business performance (Quality, Safety, Service, Cost & Innovation). As a key member of the site team (line report to the site GPS lead), the site GPS practitioner is accountable for:

GPS is used to enhance the capacity of all domain staff to apply continuous thinking in their daily activities Helping to ensure that these continuous improvement activities are reflected in the performance of the site in achieving the goal of zero risk, disability and waste Assessment. site against maturity GPS maturity and site support to close any identified gaps Training/training team teams with GPS standards and tools Support GPS teams from the region in any ‘modification of GPS sending to their sites.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support daily GPS deployment and site performance enhancement activities
• Submit according to the GPS / road map usage approved by the site administrator, regional GPS leader and site GPS
• Work with line managers to identify and agree on priorities for GPS distribution
• Support and strengthen the ongoing capacity for personal and others development, developed by the core GPS team
• Simulation plays an important role in GPS skills and behavior
• Track the progress of the group usage
• Support / confirm progress agreement & distribution
• Coach and team site team leaders to develop and maintain ongoing ideas for development and ethics
• Provide expert advice on the basics of GPS on the site, based on an in-depth understanding of GPS
• Guide GPS activities beyond the power of site groups

Qualification Experience & Expertises

• Bachelors in Engineering, Pharmacy or Chemistry
• Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Quality / Logistics
• Certification of Lean 6 Sigma Preferred
