Job Purpose
Risk Compliance & Control Unit (RCCU) as an independent testing unit for Governance, Operational Risk Internal Control and Compliance would ensure that all controls for risk mitigation within the activities and operations of all Businesses/Functions of the Bank (domestic and international) are tested, identified and reported in an appropriate manner.
The manager will be responsible for improving the overall control environment of Branches / Units in his / her domain through a robust mechanism of control assessment and quality reviews in line with the RCCU policies and procedures along with high-quality engagement of the relevant stakeholders and Regional Manager.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications
- MA, M.Com, ACCA, CA Part qualified, MBA
- For candidates with superior experience, consideration can be given on minimum qualification criteria
Experience
• 2 years of banking experience either in Audit, Internal Control, Operational Risk and/or Compliance
Required Skills & Expertise
- Must possesses understanding of internal controls and operational risk
- Must have ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Must have strong communication, problem solving skills, attention to detail and business knowledge
