JOB PURPOSE
There has been a significant increase in the portfolio size of the Personal loan portfolio since the last benchmarking exercise for this position was carried out and it has now reached PKR 36.9 Bn in January 2021, almost a 100% increase since 2015. Further, new products have also been launched under the umbrella of Personal loans including Ready Cash and Kamyab Jawan (YES) loans under the prime minister scheme which has increased the scope of work and responsibility to manage all these products. The policy head is also responsible to coordinate with Product Managers/Business heads, who is also at minimum DGM level, for the development of product programs, risk parameters, scoring rules, developing collection strategies, setting portfolio caps and threshold etc. Additionally, the policy head is also required to review Personal loan applications within their approval limits. Also, over the years with the increase in per party exposure limits by SBP, these approval limits have also increased significantly.

- In-depth knowledge of Consumer management principles, tools and models
- Thorough understanding of Consumer credit policies and procedures for the entire credit cycle
- Good understanding of Consumer banking functions, and secured and unsecured assets

- Interpersonal & People Management Skills, Communication Skills
