Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead a Product Performance Management team
  • Ensure that the functionality of all Digital Channels is monitored and that channel services are operational and operational.
  • The emergence of unexpected breaks or technical service problems, immediately address IT / Ops
  • Define and agree with all stakeholders in the SLA to find acceptable limits in terms of customer complaints on these channels.
  • Come up with a monitoring system to bring customer complaints within an acceptable range.
  • Work closely with DRU / CRU / Service Quality to monitor and track customer complaints and their timely correction within acceptable TATS.
  • Work closely with all support teams to ensure that customer complaint are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with FRMU, legal, and other internal and external stakeholders e.g. BMP, SBP to ensure that customer fraud is within acceptable limits and is being dealt with.
  • Plan and execute effective communication and awareness campaigns about fraud and any other issues/unemployment time.
  • Tracking, monitoring and reporting of complaints and double fraud on senior management
  • Work closely with the marketing communications marketing department, monitor customer sensitivity, customer voice and present feedback to management effectively.
  • Review Internal Monitoring Service Reports and Customer Response Surveys and submit to management in a comprehensive manner.
  • Consolidate and direct previous teams to respond to Apple play store/store comments and updates
  • Training of former / call centre staff, FRMU, ADC IT & Ops on new products and services
  • Prepare for the production of the Issues tracker and Crashlytics Tracker and liaise with the Dev and QA team to ensure that all issues are resolved.
  • Ensure that the Digital Back Office office is fully equipped for Ops and support teams to manage operations.
  • Ensure that Product Tutorials and FAQs are updated regularly on websites and other channels in partnership with Product Development Teams and Product Growth Team / Team
  • Ensure that performance failures remain within acceptable standards and are properly considered by ADC IT / Ops and development teams.
  • Identify thematic issues in customer feedback and emotions and work with product development to fix and resolve them timeously.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Graduate/Master’s Degree from a reputable institute.

Experience

  • 5 – 7+ years of experience in performance management of digital channels
  • Team Lead experience of 2 – 3+ years
