Eligibility Criteria
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Education
The suitable candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical Electrical): OR
- Master’s Degree (Business/Management Finance/Commerce) from a university/institution recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) or well reputed international university, OR
- Fellow Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants (ICAP/ICMAP and others)
Experience
- Minimum 20 years’ experience in large public or national multinational organizations out of which 5 years’ should be in a similar role of senior management position
- Working experience of managing a large scale utility will be an added advantage
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Education
The suitable candidate should have:
- A Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical Electrical) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC):
- Master’s Degree in Engineering would be preferred
Experience
- Minimum 20 years’ experience in large public or private sector organizations out of which 05 years’ should be in senior management roles/Head of operations in any public sector, national or multinational organization
- Experience in providing civic or utility services to the public will be given preference
