Applications are being invited in the Latest HBL Bank Jobs 2022 and looking for suitable energetic & experienced candidates for the position of Relationship Manager based in Karachi, Sindh

Duties & Responsibilities

Credit Submissions:

• Adjustment of credit authorization/renewal / NOCs / short-term loan application for shared accounts including Annual reviews and CLMRs to ensure timely approval of customer limits and exposure to ensure account efficiency.

Facility/ Security Documentation:

• Preparation and issuance of a letter of judgment and liaison with CAD for the timely preparation, submission and execution of institutional / defence documents to ensure the proper operation of the account.

Client Negotiations:

• Negotiating with a client about systematic retention/retrieval / reorganization of their exposure to maximize retrieval and consideration of exposure

Daily Transactions:

• Manage Collaborative Relationships / Assistant Relationship Manager in day-to-day trading and account performance and resolution of any issues through credit management, CAD and operations department in line with effective policies and procedures to ensure fair performance and increase customer satisfaction.

Site Visit and Call Reports:

• Regularly visit SITE and client calls and record details to stay up to date with the latest developments at the end of the client

Legal/ Litigation Matters:

• Initiate legal action against the client, whenever necessary, and increase full cooperation with the legal / litigation department in court proceedings / legal proceedings to ensure the bank’s interest is protected.

Coordination:

• Collaborating with Branches, Business Centers, Credit Bureau and CAD to initiate Credit Authorization and Completion of Services to ensure account integrity.

Others:

• Assist the team leader / Head of Unit in specific projects / tasks as directed at any time to contribute to all departmental / team objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor in Business Administration/ BS in Finance/ Accounts or equivalent

Experience

1.5 years of experience as Credit Analyst/ Relationship Associate
