Eligibility Criteria
- At least 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University / Institution.
- Minimum 17 years experience in BPS-17 & above in Government/Public Sector University / Autonomous Director Bodies/ Institution / Board / Authorities or Professional experience in reputable organizations.
- Proven Managerial experience in implementation and supervision of large construction/maintenance BPS-201 1. & Services projects of buildings/roads/water supply/sanitation and related civil works and working in HEls Projects Regular (Engineering shall be preferred. Wing)
- Must have exposure of working with Government contract procedures and construction works with firm control.
- Excellent knowledge of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules / Regulations.
- He/she must be registered as Professional Engineer with PEC registration.
