Duties & Accountabilities

  • operational controls that adhere to the rules of the Bank.
  • to welcome each person who enters the branch. Interacting with customers at the branch entry, learning about their visit’s goal, and directing them to the appropriate desk in order to provide effective service.
  • helping BM implement the bank’s service management programme and coordinating with the service quality department to help the entire branch achieve its service-related goals.
  • Answering questions from customers regarding products and services and helping/advising them to give effective service from branch counters. to handle customer grievances in accordance with relevant SOPs and legal obligations.
  • To regularly interact with the entire branch personnel in order to raise awareness of service protocols, share SQ reports to strengthen weak areas, and do routine health checks to keep the branch’s atmosphere and cleanliness up to par.
  • To support the branch in maximising the bank’s business in accordance with the Branch Manager’s set goals. The creation of deposits, cross-selling, and opening maximum NTB accounts are important areas to concentrate on.
  • To ensure that internal and regulatory controls are implemented in accordance with SOPs and all activities carried out by GBO-Service, and to further ensure improved Audit Ratings in job-related segments.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelors From HEC recognized university

Experience

  • 01 – 02 years of experience in the relevant area of field
