Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure friendly and responsive customer service by providing the best customer service skills Ensure financial planning accuracy as per SBP clean notes policy
• Identifying and Reporting Fake Notes
• Monitoring of Money Deposits and Withdrawals (Verification of Regulations as Explained in the Ops Manual) We process all customer transactions with cash and carrier tools
• Maintenance of Balance Register and Adjustment of Teller Daily Cash Record; SBP Sheet; Vault Position, Medium Sheet and other financial related reports
• Become a Caregiver of the Keys and Stamps provided
• To serve as a Client Customer Service Officer (CSO)
• Ensuring compliance with Bank policy and procedures and local legal requirements e.g. money laundering guidelines to prevent potential losses, fraud and fraud and suspicious entries To accurately process all deposit checks (all external withdrawal tools)

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• MBA will be preferable

Skills Required

• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient In MS Office
