- Relationship Officer-Assets Sale
Duties & Responsibilities
- Use approved sales / service plans to achieve the bank’s growth objectives by approving sub-sales / service delivery plans with BM / RM.
- Ensuring track performance by performing physical authentication for potential customers.
- Ensure effective collection, learning of timely repayment of loans by contacting clients and ensuring the collection of 100% of loans.
- Make a booking of loans by strictly following the policies, procedures, ethics and banking standards.
- Ensure continuous review of product and service related information and recommend areas for improvement with personal / client feedback.
- Assistance with market analysis to identify new markets / areas and to review existing markets / areas for final decisions in this regard.
- Meet internal service standards and ensure that no service-related complaints are received from customers.
- Report the bank for fraud or loss to the Supervisor / HOD in any way.
- Assist in implementing internal control standards for character and air.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution
- However MBA will be preferable
Experience
- 0-1 year experience in the related field.
