Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • B.E. (Civil) from HEC recognized university.
  • A Master’s degree from HEC recognized university will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in executing and/or supervising civil works contracts of which 5 years should be in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in construction management/design coordination/contracts management and finishing for commercial buildings is mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having (Estate) experience of:

  • The appointment will be on contract, initially for a period of two years extendable with mutual consent.
  • Selected candidates will be offered a market-based remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

  • Job quotas as prescribed vide Establishment Division Notification No # F. Being the technical position, if the appropriate candidate is not found under the prescribed job quota, then the candidate will be selected on merit.
