Applications are invited for Planning & Development Board Government Of Punjab Jobs 2022 The following position is required to be filled in for PSU, P&D Board. Suitable candidates from the private/public sector with relevant experience and qualifications are encouraged to apply for this position.
The government of Punjab in collaboration with the World Bank Group is implementing Punjab Resource Improvement and Digital Effectiveness (PRIDE) with an objective to strengthen Public Financial Management (PFM) Systems and revenue mobilization in the Punjab Province. For this purpose, a Program Support Unit (PSU) is going to be established under the P&D Board which shall oversee the monitoring & coordination of this program under the Technical Assistance Component of the P&D Board.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all office files, communications, and records, as well as the Unit Head’s database in both hard and soft form.
- Maintain the Unit Head’s schedule of appointments, meetings, and other events.
- For official purposes, book meeting rooms, a car, a hotel, a workshop location, and so on.
- Prepare official communication (letters, notes, summaries, memoranda, and other documents).
- Maintain a log of all calls, emails, faxes, and letters addressed to the Unit Head, as well as any other tasks assigned by the Unit Head.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least ten years of relevant work experience in a Public/Private Sector organization.
- Prior experience working in a similar capacity in a government department, donor-funded programs are highly

- Proficiency in IT, computer, any other software etc. is desirable
