Bachelors degree
2-3 Years of experience in a production environment
Key Responsibilities:
- To operate, execute and supervise the operation involved in the following areas in Liquids Value Stream:
- Filling
- Labeling
- Cartoning
- Case Packer
- Bottle Blowing
- To guarantee the development of creation exercises according to given creation plan by Planning division to accomplish site 98% ASP target.
- To contribute and partake with the OE group in accomplishing site OE targets and in carrying out Vision Factory Future State Model.
- To direct the pressing activities in the Production Department.
- Checks and keep up with all pertinent records of pressing area.
- To keep up with and guarantee the conveyance of group related archives on time.
- To get ready and complete all documentation pertinent to pressing tasks including getting, checking, and compromising of bundling materials.
- To keep up with SAP information postings (Inventory exchanges and Production exchanges).
- To keep up with a standard working strategy, as essential, coordinate with Engineering for preventive and breakdown upkeep of creation hardware.
- To acquire proficient and specialized information by going to EHS, QMS and GMP preparation stages at the site and through my learning.
- To guarantee consistency with GMP and QMS inside the office by applying GQPs, GQGs and Gumps.
- To give in house preparation stages of SOPs and BPRs to significant staff.
- To guarantee that QMS is set up and being used in the concerned area of obligation.
