Description PTCL AM Legal Labor and Litigation Affairs Islamabad Jobs 2021
PTCL is a Leading Telecom Company in Pakistan, serving its customer base all across the country. PTCL is looking for candidates for the position of AM Legal Labor and Litigation Affairs based in Islamabad. AM Legal (Labor and Litigation) is responsible for providing administrative guidance in litigation, litigation and related cases involving consumer litigation, regional trade issues, reimbursement issues, land disputes, labour disputes and ensuring the implementation of the court decision.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Trial cases, restitution cases and arbitration disputes before judgment hearings
- Monitor law enforcement
- Giving guidance in the trial
- Monitor litigation and personnel matters to ensure that there are no legal issues
- Creating and updating various company documents
- Writing complaints, requests, legal notices and responses
- Preparation of legal documents
- Ensuring case tracking at the district level
- Liaise with districts about case progress
- Ensuring compliance with budgets, targets and deadlines through cost-effective cost management
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Any other task assigned to the supervisor
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- LL.B/ LL.M from a national/foreign recognized university
Experience
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience & knowledge in litigation and labor laws
