- Master’s/Professional degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT (AI ) or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field
- Working experience in Telecom sector will be an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
- The scope of learning the work of the various Outsourced services and assess the feasibility of Earning Money.
- Perform an analysis of a set of skills / competencies of existing staff and recommend appropriate appointments.
- Prepare and implement the Work Force Employment Module.
- Monitor performance and ensure maximum output.
- Keep staff-related and performance data and perform analysis to make decisions.
