PTCL is looking for candidates for the position of Assistant Manager SOC based in Islamabad
Duties & Responsibilities
- SIEM Offense / Alter Monitoring, incident configuration and escalation
- Security Log Analysis, Good Planning and Development
- Security incidents reporting and reporting, incident response planning and playbook development
- Forensic analysis and roots
- A collection of Cyber Threat ingenuity and nature-related
- Collaborate with Property Owners to resolve serious security and security incidents
- Safety review, research and risk assessment/entry testing
Eligibity Criteria
Education
Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Electrical/Telcom Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in information security/SOC of a large-scale IT/Telco
- Experience with QRadar, Knowledge of server, network devices, security devices and diagnostic tools and fault identification techniques
Skills & Expertise
- Must have a strong understanding of information technology and information security.
- Expert in incident response and management techniques
- Information on the relationship of security event and analytics tools
- Knowledge of basic concepts and processes for processing digital forensic data
