Education

  • MBA IT/MS in Management Sciences.
  • PMP, CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Prof) will be a plus.

Experience

  • Relevant experience in the field of Telecommunication & Project Management with atleast 5 years’ experience in a senior management position.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Together with the HQs team, develop a business strategy for access (copper, FTTC, and FTTH).
  • Create strategies for revenue realisation and growth.
  • Create a zonal and regional FTTH and Access roadmap.
  • Improve the customer journey with PTCL by implementing business procedures and processes.
  • Implement environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in the business world.
  • FTTC, FTTH, and local access network strategies should be proposed in conjunction with technological functionality.
  • Participate HQs in CAPEX and OPEX planning and make sure that budgets are used effectively at the zonal and regional levels.
  • Create feasibility studies for new locations and request funding.
  • By hitting the targeted gross sales amount, you can support revenue growth and net ads.
  • control over repair, FTTC, and FTTH network initiatives.
  • Maintain and run a local network while closely observing its performance.
  • Monitor the timely supply of GPON, IPTV, PSTN, and broadband connections in accordance with predefined goals.
  • Create divisional and exchange-level benchmarks for the employees.
  • Inform management of pertinent market information and competition activities.
  • upkeep of the access network database using GIS mapping,
  • establishment of a network in unexplored regions.
  • Track each region’s performance in relation to its predetermined goals.
  • Keep an eye on network rollout and maintenance initiatives to ensure timely completion.
  • Utilizing cost-effective controls will ensure adherence to spending plans, goals, and deadlines.
  • Analyze company outcomes, then give higher management performance summaries.
