The candidate will be responsible for providing support to management, involved in exploring the latest trends in wireline and suggesting changes in current workflows & processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understanding and creation of Business cases.
- Monitor daily running KPIs, month to date tracker & raise alarms.
- Monitoring of Broadband Sales, Churn, Winback/Restorations and ensuring timely proactive actions to meet targets
- Identify and implement product related deployments of rules with product development teams.
- Raise and manage change requests with BI and product development teams.
- Monitor deployment of MSAGs/OLTs, Relocation, etc.
- Creation & deployment of marketing and sales material, and liaison with brands for designs.
- Product Support to Internal Customers regarding wireline products
- Achieving on timely product releases with support of various departments
- Contribution in development of new projects and their implementation after approval
- Customer upgradation to higher speed through various campaigns
- Monitoring of channels & taking necessary actions
- Involved in marketing & promotional strategies
- Managing the work of new interns in the department
- Market share analysis and insight to access strengths and weakness of PTCL offers Vs competition
- Research on new telecom trends, International and National
- Conducting surprise mystery shopping and analyzing frontline staff information about products & promotions
- Preparing product related documentation including detailed products
- Perform Market Dynamics Reporting through daily analysis and reporting of installation Vs churn
- Descriptions, business rules and product functionality
- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient control
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Undertake performance management
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Bachelors in Business administration/Engineering/MBAComputer Science/ IT / Software Engineering
Experience
1-2 years of experience in the relevant area of field
