Duties & Responsibilities
- As well as where needed to be found to solve customer problems and answer questions and send reports.
- Maintaining Strong Customer Relationships & closing the gap between Priority Clients and internal PTCL teams on day-to-day problems.
- Fault Coordination-Inter Deptt / Intra Deptt Coordination for Corporate Fault Rectification with Stipulated TAT / ETTR
- Communicating with customers on usage and error management to get feedback to improve performance
- Business Client Website Management Management, Leisure Report Writing and Other Miscellaneous Documents (Advice Notes etc)
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
- Bachelors/Intermediate with good experience in the relevant area of the field
