Job Responsibilities

• Formulate revenue realization and enhancement strategies.
• Develop FTTH and Access roadmap at the zonal and regional levels.
• Devise a Business strategy for Access (Copper, FTTC and FTTH) in conjunction with HQs team.
• Implement business procedures & processes to improve Customer Journey with PTCL.
• Implement policies and procedures related to environmental, health and safety standards at the business field.
• Propose local access, FTTC and FTTH network plans in conjunction with technology function.
• Engage HQs in CAPEX & OPEX planning and ensure effective utilization of budgets at the zonal and regional levels.
• Develop feasibilities in greenfield areas and seek budget approvals.
• Supporting Revenue growth and Net Ads by achieving assigned gross sales targets.
• Supervision of Access, FTTC and FTTH network and rehabilitation projects.
• Operate and maintain the local network by closely monitoring the performance of regions.
• Supervise timely provisioning of PSTN, Broadband, IPTV and GPON connections against predetermined targets.
• Develop standardized workforce benchmarks at the exchange & division levels.
• Convey relevant market intelligence and competitive activity to management.
• Maintain access to network database with GIS mapping,
• Network deployment in untapped areas.
• Monitor performance of regions against predetermined objectives.
• Monitor Network maintenance and roll-out projects for timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, targets and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
• Analyze business results and present performance summaries to higher management.
• Supporting Revenue growth and Net Ads by achieving assigned gross sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• MBA IT/MS in Management Sciences.
• PMP, CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Prof) will be a plus.

Experience

• 15 years of experience in the field of Telecommunication & Project Management with at least 5 years experience in a senior management position.
