Eligibility Criteria

Education Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of experience or
• 12 years of education with nine years of experience.
• MBA degree holders will be preferred with a relaxation of two years in the required experience.

Required Language

• Fluency in written and spoken English and knowledge of local languages.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Running daily operations across all USEA-Lahore cost centres, meeting USEA’s business goals using business acumen skills, verifying inventory and internal controls, managing all USEA employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations/standards are followed
• Responsible for daily cash counts and maintaining petty cash; and ensuring accountability of funds.
• Helps prepare and review annual budgets in coordination with USEA Lahore Board members/ GM. Monitors monthly income versus expenditures to track budget status, Advises USEA Lahore Board Members GM on potential cost-saving measures, new ways of generating revenue, vendor changes, and staffing issues
• Requisitions stock from Central Warehouse in Islamabad receives shipments and overseas stocking of shelves
• Ensures data entry into the various modules of AX Dynamics and prepares regular reports for the board and General Manager.
• Staff counselling and mentoring and where required taking disciplinary actions as per the USEA personnel handbook.
