Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Law
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide assistance to senior officials in all court cases and cases related to telecom, civil and corporate laws by naming or against origin and suggesting another course.
Representing the organization before judicial forums and courts, in the same way, to protect the interests of the organization and keep senior officials informed of progress.
Monitor, follow and follow up on lawsuits filed by or against an organization to avoid legal issues.
Draft and review contracts/agreements and amendments, appeals, legal opinions and other legal documents.
Collaborate and liaise with government departments / regulatory bodies including the PTA etc. in legal matters and enforce compliance.
Keeping abreast of any new rules and any amendments to telecom rules, rules and regulations etc.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
LLB from HEC recognized University
Must be enrolled as an Advocate High Court
Experience
3 years post qualification experience in the field of law
Experience of working in the law department in handling legal
Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
