Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Master’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Management Science or related field from HEC recognized University.
  • Higher Degree (M. Phil or PhD) and a degree from a foreign university will be preferred.

Experience

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience working in the development sector and dealing with project planning and implementation in the public/private sector
  • The experience of working with the Planning & Development Board, Punjab and the Planning Commission of Pakistan will be preferred.
  • The experience working at University (Admin or Teaching) will be added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Must have a thorough understanding of the Planning Manuals of the Planning Commission of Pakistan and Planning & Development Board, PPRA Rules 2014 etc.
  • Must have worked extensively in the preparation of project documents (PC-IS), revision of PC-is, feasibility studies (PC-I, PC-II, revised PC-1 & PC-IV etc.) and completion reports (PC-IVS).
