Applications are invited for WAPDA Jobs 2022 | WAPDA Legal Advisor Jobs 2022 and WAPDA requires the services of a qualified and experienced professional as Legal Advisor in LA&R Section, Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project (MDHP), WAPDA as per the following details:

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• LLB

• At least 15-years post qualification experience in land acquisition and court cases of Govt Projects

Preferable

• Experience in handling matters of Tribal Areas. Conversant with the procedure of leasing lands.
• Sufficient knowledge of the Land Acquisition Act

Age Limit

• Maximum 65 Years

Charter Of Duties

• To coordinate with LAC for timely acquisition of land.
• To deal with land acquisition and compensation issues/cases.
• To represent WAPDA/ Project authorities in the various courts of law/fora.
• Preparation of papers of section 4 etc. with recommendations.
• Advise Project authority on legal issues as and when required.
• Any other task assigned by the Project authority

General Instructions

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test | Interview
• No TA/DA will be admissible
