Eligibility Criteria
Education
- PhD from an HEC recognized Institution in the relevant field
Experience
- 15-years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization
Publications
- The applicant must have 15 research publications with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC recognized journals.
- HEC rules and regulations as they exist at the time of application/appointment will be a minimum requirement. If, as at the moment, 15 publications are required by HEC, the IBA will require five (5) papers that are in the current W classification of Journals as listed by the HEC, in addition to the 10 papers.
General Guidelines
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for presentation and interview.
- Candidates with Doctoral degrees from a reputed university, in core or allied fields, will be preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to attract national / International research funding.
- Should have a demonstrated commitment to scholarly research and publication.
