Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelors or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university.
• MBA will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Driven by a long-term vision and product strategies, best-in-class digital products are built.
• Work closely with the design, development, and research teams throughout the user research and usability studies process.
• Being able to create a product vision (short to long term) and translate it into a practical strategy
• To find fresh chances for new and current features and functionalities, take part in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis.
• Building product roadmaps that will be incorporated into the larger company product portfolio plan requires collaboration with business owners and agile product teams.
• the creation and implementation of data pipelines for the extraction, transformation, and loading of data into information products.
• to identify business possibilities and efficiencies, and work on managing, storing, processing, and analyzing huge data collections.
• Through a range of data sources, evaluate, examine, and comprehend the voice of the client.
• Manage the backlog and product plan for all digital products.
• Lead requirements discovery, solution design, user narrative writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing are all overseen and managed by you.
• Together with the executive teams, determine the critical capabilities that are required as well as any potential problems.
• Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that feature development and prioritization are in line.
• Work together with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to make sure that all capabilities are delivered on time and within my expectations.
• Develop positioning and messaging with the help of product marketing to stand out from the competition.
• To ensure ongoing product iteration and improvements, track and assess product performance.

Required Skills

• Detailed knowledge of AMC products.
• Confident and self-motivated, strong activator with an ability to get things done.
• Good organizer and well-structured to manage processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication, as well as presenting abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
• Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
• Strong Time Management skills
• A team player who enjoys working with people at all levels as well as being able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
