Applications are being invited for Latest MCB Bank Jobs In Pakistan 2022 in Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) for the position of CONTACT CENTER EXECUTIVE based in Lahore & Karachi.
Duties & Description
The role is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers related to their queries and requests, handling complaints, troubleshoot problems and providing information.
- Answer incoming customer calls and take appropriate action on each call.
- Perform basic account repair tasks to resolve customer issues in accordance with banking policies and procedures
- Ensuring that a high level of customer care is delivered and all incidents of problems are highlighted and reported.
- Reach the standard of call quality, accuracy and productivity
- Take customer question / request / complaint according to standard banking procedures
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on clear company terms
- Ensure compliance with all company / client policies, procedures and procedures
- A positive attitude, aimed at the goal and the team player
- Job Shifts: Morning / Evening / Night (evening and night shifts not applicable to female staff)
