Description Manager HR And Administration Jobs In Islamabad 2021
Ignite – National Technology Fund is looking for candidates for the positions of Manager HR & Administration based in Islamabad.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a major role in creating a culture focused on sustainable growth and strengthening the system.
- It will address departmental reorganization and redesign processes and processes for better use of human resources.
- It is the responsibility of the HR & Administration Manager to conduct management training and dispute resolution.
- The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for developing pricing and systems for team collaboration, skill coordination, employee ethics and work environment.
- The position is responsible for developing and managing HR planning and management and structures to ensure effective staffing.
- The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for conducting and managing the Company’s day-to-day management affairs, in accordance with defined policies and frameworks.
- Please note that by staying within the scope of the position, a competent authority may review/modify JDs and reporting lines at any time during office hours.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- MBA degree from a well-reputed HEC recognized university with specialization in Management/ Human Resources.
Experience
- Should have at least 5-7 years relevant experience preferably in an MNC environment.
- Human Resources Management and Development, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Communication, Organization Structuring, Labor Laws, Laws against Sexual Harassment, Gender Equality.
