Meezan Bank has announced jobs and looking for the position of Assistant Manager Transformation based in Karachi.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Help bring about positive change in the organization regarding improving Operating Procedures (both for internal and external customers), Reducing Operating Costs and improving Customer Information.
- Carefully review business processes and help identify potential causes (if any) and make improvements with the help of Design Thinking Tools and Lean Six Sigma.
- Assist with process transformation activities (e.g., Process Flow Development, Independent, Business Requirements Document, etc.) related to multiple projects, and ensure its delivery within the agreed timeframes.
- To assist in the development of a culture of process change in the organization which in turn promotes the process of sharing ideas for change within the organization.
- Visit branch offices and departments regularly for information on banking processes and programs.
- Improve knowledge of competitive processes and services to improve and share gap analysis with an effective manager
- Assist and monitor the implementation of end-to-end processes and banking services over a period of time
Eligibility Criteria
Educations
- Graduation from reputable university
Experience
- 1 to 3 years experience
- Banking experience will be prefered
