Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor’s of Engineering (recognized by HEC) from a reputable national or foreign university. Having a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 16 years of relevant post-qualification experience including 07 years in management roles) with large companies relevant to drilling and workover operations in the upstream oil & gas sector.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing cross-functional teams in different domains related to well engineering and operations execution of complete well delivery cycle.
  • Managing financial and planning matters including resource planning, allocation of operational and developing capital budgets/forecasts and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to promote and develop HSE culture. Motivate and develop talent leading to effective succession planning
