Duties And Responsibilities
- Understand and describe the relationships of key strategic organizations and organizational design/planning and its impact on business.
- Understands organizational structure, job description, job evaluation, job design concepts and can review and apply in the workplace.
- Understand, develop, and apply a benchmark for the number of positions and the organization’s overall program.
- He can think of an advertising program to plan the status of the supervised staff.
- Understands and can develop role-playing texts that include participants, the complexity of the task.
- Knowledge and ability to work on a data sheet with hundreds of columns and rows.
- It can include, pivot, VLOOKUP, integrate, continue. function, macro etc.
- Contribution to MS project, vision, power area at a professional level.
- Knowledge and ability to use ERP technologies like SAP, Oracle etc.
- Confidence, relationship management and can challenge the situation, is fast approaching.

Education
- Master in Business Administration (HR)
Experience
- 1 to 2 years experience in the field of HR and preferably in Organization Design
