| Drive future technology agenda for the Bank in alignment with Digital Financial Services as a high priority. |
| Ensure processes, guidelines, and procedures are in place and enforced for quality execution, operations and support of the Bank’s infrastructure. Review and fine-tune the existing processes, guidelines and procedures in line with best market practices. |
| Ensure adequate change management process is in place to govern technology change management in the Bank. |
| Ensure that IT projects are delivered on time and within budget. |
| Review compliance with the security recommendations in the Bank in consultation with the Chief Information Security Officer. |
| Review Quality Assurance policies to ensure integrity and quality in IT systems development, security and system support practices. Oversee development and implementation of disaster recovery, business continuity and IT security plans in consultation with senior management/stakeholders. |
| Oversee compliance by the IT departments with internal rules, policies, regulations as well as the external regulatory framework. Manage risks in the overall IT management domain and ensure compliance with applicable corporate risk management frameworks, audits and reviews. |
